This
document describes how EasySecured treat personal information when you use EasySecured
services.
Personal
Information
- EasySecured
ID:
We only store and register your unique User ID and Email Address in an
encrypted format which is used to protect your account from unauthorized
access from other computers. An EasySecured Account allows you to access your
web accounts through a single interface without having to individually
sign-in to the respective web accounts only from the computer which it has
been registered. Your Email Address is registered for us to enable to send
you, your EasySecured ID in case you have forgotten it.
- Subscription
Information.
When you subscribe to an external web account in EasySecured, we only
store your web account user id in an encrypted form and which is used only
by you from your computer to access the web account. An automated password
is generated for each subscribed web account and is not stored on our
server or your computer and instead it is generated at real-time.
- Other
Information:
We do not capture or store any other information on our servers.
Uses
- We
only store your provided information on our server for user
authentication. During usage, we do not use cookies or other client
storage methods to store the information you have provided or what the
system has generated.
- Each
EasySecured ID will require a unique Email Address at the time of registration.
Therefore, you are required to provide a valid email address at the time
of registration. This email address is used by EasySecured to send your
EasySecured ID in case you have forgotten it as well as to send the
individual system generated passwords in real time.
- We
do not ask you to define a password or store the password on your computer
or our servers. The password is automatically generated on a real-time
basis when the authentication is required to access an EasySecured
Account.
- When
subscribing to an external web account, you have to provide the correct
user id for that account failing which you may not be able to directly
access that web account.
- Your
EasySecured ID will not function if your computer crashes and hence it is
mandatory for you to maintain the list of passwords auto-generated by
EasySecured for each of your external web accounts for you to access it
through the web.
Method
of Creating your Account
- The
method that is employed to create your Account is available in a diagrammatic
format on our website under the heading “Technology” and clearly specifies
how your Account is created and used. Also information is available under
the heading, “F.A.Q”.
Your
Options
- Once
you have created an EasySecured ID, you cannot change it. If you have forgotten
your EasySecured ID, it can be retrieved to your registered Email Account.
- You
can subscribe or unsubscribe an external web account.
- You
are required to replace the original password of your web account with the
one generated at real time by EasySecured in order to access the web account
directly from your computer using the EasySecured Client application.
- You
are required to maintain an offline copy of all the auto-generated
passwords of your external web accounts as a backup.

External
Links or Websites
EasySecured
allows users to access external links or websites from within the EasySecured
Interface. These external links or websites use technology to send, directly to
your browser, the advertisements and links that appear within the EasySecured
Interface. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They
may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript or Web Beacons) to
measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the
advertising content you see.
EasySecured
does not provide any personally identifiable information to these external
links or websites except your login information and only with your consent when
you subscribe to the respective link or website.
You
should consult the respective privacy policies of these external links or
websites for more information on their practices and for instructions on how to
opt out of certain practices. EasySecured’s privacy policy does not apply to,
and we cannot control the activities of, such other links or websites.
The
current list of external links or websites is provided under the heading, ‘Subscribe’
and which can be accessed only after you have securely sign-in to your EasySecured
Account using your EasySecured ID
